You get the first one for killing any one target in a co-op game. You get the other one by killing all of the targets during co-op games. Both of these can be done in either the campaign or time trial modes.
The easiest way to do this achievement is to grab a friend and do all of the time trials co-op, straight through. Most of them take about 30 seconds to do with a loaded out character, and the longest ones (a couple of the Shai-Gen bosses) take 3-4 minutes.
